ID4.1 MOTD Template

The purpose of the ID4.1 MOTD Template is to provide COs who may not be HTML-inclined, or who just want to use the template for continuity's sake, a basis for an MOTD design. If you need help with the template, please contact a member of the IDept, who will assist you with implementing it, as well as assist you with making minor changes if need be.
