<traP> there's far too few people though to make Parli-pro worthwhile anyway.. need a group of more than 8 for parlipro to be more efficient than normal concent.
<traP> There is an alternative, of moving the Alliance back to STF4.
<LarryGarfield> Where would that leave me?  Would that put me as AFComm-4 and REM as AFComm-5?

<LarryGarfield> That would be acceptable.  I'd ask that the ship not switch until the end of the current mission, but it shouldn't be a problem.

<traP> All right.. well, my recommendation would be that, when the next ship in STF4 is commissioned, the Alliance move instead, and the new ship go to STF5 instead.

<traP> I made the suggestion that instead of the Andy moving, the Ally move instead.. that makes Larry the AFComm-4, and REM the AFComm-5.  The actual move would take place as soon as STF4 would have gotten a new ship instead, (STF5 will get a new ship to
<traP> replace Ally), but the AFComm posts would be switched ASAP.

<traP> Assuming we're going to have Larry and REM both as AFComm's, it makes more sence for Larry to be the 4th fleet choice, and Randy to be the 5th, since Larry is more familiar with STF4 culture.

<LarryGarfield> My take:  I appreciate BJ's faith in me.  And I do normally like to be loyal to someone who has faith in me.  However, both I and Captain Bligh have a great deal invested in Fleet Four and the Crag.  Were it up to me, I would probably prefer to be AFComm-4.  The only problem is that I would need to add a new char at some point to have a char in each fleet.
