Recommender's Comments: Colyn has been an impressive poster since he first joined the Apollo/Endeavour. He showed such skill that the current CSO was more than happy to give him a crack at being an Academy department head. I have to say that I don't regret that decision in the least. He continually contributes to the sim, provides a wonderful example to his cadets and always has constructive feedback to give. Though he only has his one character at the moment, I firmly believe that when he's ready/able to take on another, that any CO would be lucky to have him. All the qualities I've stated, as well as his enthusiasm, make him an ideal candidate for XO.

Recommender's Comments: Though still somewhat new in the club, Jeremy brings with him a positive attitude and a helpful demeanor that really endears him to the cadets in his department and I think he would make a really great mentor to anyone on any ship he's part of. He picks things up really quick too, so he's a quick study.

Recommender's Comments: He's showing consistency in a Science position both with posting and basic technobabble (which may work better for an Engineer, but the two departments kind of mesh together, given that this is set in the future). If he wants a DH position, or at least more responsibility than being a JO, he would be well-suited for CSO. If not for the fact that I already have a great CSO in BJ Janzen on the Ark Angel, I'd be tempted to offer him the position.
