Activity Level: Posts per day is ok, as is a more generic "pretty fast," "kind of slow," "he's dead, Jim." Include whether this is an increase or decrease, and a brief projection for the future. (Between missions so is expected, is picking up but has a way to go, etc.)

Crew: This is not a complete listing of the performance of every member of the crew. This should include how well the crew work together. Highlight any FEW who stand out extremely well, as well as any FEW who are simply dead weight. The GM is fair game, as is the CO, as is yourself. I'm thinking 2-4 people would be mentioned here, tops, not 8.

General: Any other brief comments you may have. This is not an essay, just a catch-all for your other comments.
