Starbase 202 was originally built by the Crag and sits in orbit of Crell.
The starbase also happens to be the primary base of operations for the fleet. Her original Commander was Colin Wyers, but when Colin left to take command of the Independence in Fleet Six, John Storer II was promoted to take the reins in August 98.
He was succeeded by Bill Gunty and then followed by Krys Bromilow in January 2000.
When Krys was hit with real life troubles, she was replaced by Phil Hobday in September 2000.
In November 2001 Brian Smith took command of the station, and again was hit with the dreaded real life that promoted Stan Tomson to the Captain's chair in August 2002.
Stan was CO until he was plagued by computer problems and as a result was replaced by Tara Manini in January 2003.
