Welcome to STF

Welcome to STF, the best online Bulletin-board style Star Trek Role-Playing site on the internet. Founded in 1991, STF existed originally on the Prodigy "Classic" network, which provided a unique bulletin-board style format. While most RPG groups conduct their actions in live chat, which requires everyone to be online at the same time, or play-by-email, which requires sifting through many messages on your email account, the WeBB provides a central location for our RPG.

To Leonard Nimoy, LLAP

"Leonard Nimoy, the sonorous, gaunt-faced actor who won a worshipful global following as Mr. Spock, the resolutely logical human-alien first officer of the Starship Enterprise in the television and movie juggernaut “Star Trek,” died on Friday morning at his home in the Bel Air section of Los Angeles. He was 83.

His wife, Susan Bay Nimoy, confirmed his death, saying the cause was end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease."

Election Coordinator Wanted

Evening folks,

I seem to be in an unusual position where I'm actually asking if anyone wants to be Election Coordinator for the next Presidential election (which is next month). If anyone is interested, please email me at prez[at]star-fleet.com. Some understanding of the election process would be useful.

As I need to appoint an EC soonest, there isn't going to be a deadline as such - if I think someone who has applied is suitable, I'll be appointing them.

Many thanks,
