A few weeks ago, the Internet Department held a discussion regarding the proper way to "use" the "Location" field. For the full announcement of the results, please read this post:

In short, proper use of the "Location" field is as follows:

Location - Activity

The "Location" field is only to contain a physical location; e.g. "Bridge", "Captain's Ready Room", "Quarters: Joe Bloggs".

The "Activity" field is only to contain an In Character activity; e.g. "Joe Blogg's Physical", "Medical Emergency", "Graduation Ceremony".

The first EGO elections have ended and the results have been tallied. In the interests of disclosure, the number of votes each candidate has received shall be revealed:

Jack Dipper : 10 votes (21.31%)

Larry Garfield : 9 votes (19.15%)

Symon Silvester : 8 votes (17.02%)

Kevin Harbison : 7 votes (14.90%)

Russell Watt : 4 votes (8.51%)

Amanda Noon : 4 votes (8.51%)

Krystelle Bromilow : 3 votes (6.11%)

Joe Fahey : 2 votes (2.31%)

Congratulations to one and all for participating, winning, and having fun with the STFer Awards this year! The LIVE IRC ceremony was a huge success, though I feel sorry for the janitor!
