Emma Awards, Voting Closing
Just a reminder that voting in the Emma awards closes today right before Midnight (Eastern time). If you haven't done so yet, it only takes a few minutes to cast your vote!

Voting for the STF Awards is now open! It will end on the 3rd February, 2013; 23:59 (Eastern)
For those who have participated before, the process is the same. For those who are participating for the first time, make sure you are logged in (or you can't vote), and then work your way through the form, selecting your choice and then hitting vote in each category. You get one choice per category except for the last question.

If you haven't gotten your nominations in yet, better get on it! Today is the last day and nominations will be accepted until 23:59 (Eastern). I will post the form and open voting tomorrow as soon as I am able.

It has come to my attention that people are still deleting characters.
As we have recently implemented the "Barge of the Dead" / Fleet 0 protocol, I am going to once again put this forward: Under no circumstances is it 'alright' to delete a character. Even if the character is a duplicate with no posts, ever, do not delete it.
Deletion of characters, on this system, does bad things to the archives, and can mess up a lot of things. Fleet 0 was created **specifically** to prevent this from happening.

The awards are a chance for everyone to recognize great roleplaying within the club and all members are encouraged to participate. It doesn't matter if you've only been in the club a little while, or are only on one ship, there is great writing all around us! So get out there and nominate and vote!!
