: : : : : : Amari wished she had a grenade. She had seen her brother use them to good effect before they were dismissed form the Bajoran militia. She had no problem keeping up with Aries and switching her phaser as they ran.

: : : ic: Aries spots Victor and Telaris about 1/4 mile down the road. "Amari!! Look! They are over there!!" Aries pointed down the road. "Let's move!! I'm going to overload a backup type 1 phaser and toss it behind us like a grenade, do you have your back up type-1 phaser as well?" Aries asked her as they continue to ran and shoot. Aries pulled out his backup type-1 phaser rifle from behind his uniform and began to set it to automatic fire to overload.

: : Amari nodded and ran slightly ahead of Aries to duck down and pull a phaser from her boot. As he caught up with her, she set the phaser on overload and tossed it behind her. It was really just the reverse of what she would do when throwing a javelin.

He quickly stopped and threw his back-up type 1 phaser like frisbee and once it got to a distance of 75 yards it automatically started to fire for about 15 seconds, the chamber began to whine louder and louder, an extra energy clip was also rigged to the type1 phaser pistol as well. "Let's keep moving." Aries told her as he tapped his combadge. "=^="Lieutenant Phommavanh to Anyone on the Victorious, What's our status and has anyone heard from Lieutenant Eagle, who's in charge of the first away team now? Do we have an evac plan in motion, things are beginning to look very crappy down here!!=^=" Aries shouted into the combadge as he continued to laydown more phaser fire. Victor and Telaris are now only a few dozen yards away.
