There are new templates for the emails that should be uploaded soon (/me looks over at Larry's coder desk) and they should make it so that FComms/AFComms can simply c/p the reports into place and not have to trim out any irrelevant information like the Fleet as mentioned above.

For now, I think this is best left how it is and maybe addressed in a SURF review that I hope to hold soon to gauge what needs improving and such.
