Brief written history of career to date:

Cadet Adam Voort is currently a member of the USS Apollo’s Engineering team. Upon joining the Apollo Adam adjusted well to the hectic style of his work under the guidance of Lt. (jg) Sharon Miller he is developing into a capable engineer on a amazing vessel.

Shortly after joining the Apollo Adam destroyed a section of the ship. This was done for a valid reason - he was about to be killed - This was caused by using a few to many charges on the emitters as force fields moved down the corridor. The plan worked but the damage to the SIF was bad and took a long while to repair.
One night in march during a repair mission Adam received a private message from Starfleet to inform him that his father was missing and presumed dead and that there would be a inquest into his fathers ship the S.S Xtina. Though nothing out of the ordinary was found on the flight recorder. The present of a fleet of pirate vessels has raised some eye brows back on earth.

The USS Apollo is destoried by unknown alein vessels. Adam suffered a minor head injury and was helped to an Escape Pod which was launched successfully. However when the Apollo exploded his pod suffered a mirco hull breach in secton J-9 which caused the oxygen supply to run out quicker than expected. The Apollo's XO -Commander Kauss- came to the pods aid. After the rescue Adam was moved to the USS Goliath along with the rest of the crew.

Adam was re-assigned to the USS Rogue with the rank of ensign in the department of engineering. He rose to Lt. after the Cheif engineer went missing and was given the chief engineer job aboard the Rogue. The Rogue was Decommissioned shortly after that, He was transfered to Outpost 42 via the USS Roma and was given the role of Flight operations officer under the command of Major Hudson.

Adam Voort is a average sized human male. He has short spiked black hair with the odd grey hair coming through now. Broadly built with a swagger when he walks means that you can see him coming a mile away. With his brown eyes and cheeky smile he seems to be confident in himself and others.

There is a small scar above his right eye from a fall when he was younger on the Xtina with his father.

Psychological Profile:

Cadet Voort is strong willed, confident, head strong and sometimes a little bit argumentative. There have been times when he has shown cracks in his persona the recent examples of this is when he was trapped in the torpedo bay after being paralysed by a toxic while trying to find Orion devices which had been cause trouble for the crew of the Apollo. He became very insular and only wanted to talk to Sharon Miller. His attitude toward security members has changed since the incident he blames one Jason Gallahger who was a member of the USS Apollo and was at the torpedo bay when it all happened, their friendship never really recovered. Also the disappearance of the Xtina and subsequently his father have made him determined to look for his father. However he has stated the Apollo comes first and wont be running off anytime soon. “Its what my Dad would of wanted of me.”
