: What about the Oed V specific collars I first of all attempted to make and then asked Anthony and more recently Helen to update for me? I am not referring to the Starfleet officer and Marine collars (which are drawn from the ranks directory), but rather the ones for the Civilians on Oed V. These were commissioned specifically for use on Oed V ... with the Oed V on them, I don't think they'd be the best thing for others to have on their ships :)

: These have a black background with a green stripe (the green found in the Oed V banner) through it. The collar has a border in an appropriate colour to the role the individual performs, and Oed V is written on the collar in the same colour as the border.

: - Operations - the mustard yellowy colour as worn by Sec/Eng/Ops in TNG, DS9, VOY

I would consider them ship specific, as I don't think they would be used by any other ships.
