Well, it's obvious that my attempt to nip this in the bud didn't work. Let me be more clear.

All Cabinet have until the 10th of the month to post a report. Fleet 3 is not yet negligent for the month of February, as it is not yet March 10th. Fleet 3 is also not the only Fleet/Department on notice for failure to file reports, so stop picking on them. As Jack said, we are all volunteers, and though I am very firm in the opinion that if I can do it, you can do it, sometimes it just plain isn't like that. Last month, one Fleet Commander was LOA sick, and their AFComm was LOA personal matters during report time. I can't expect that Fleet to file on time. Things are always more complicated than the one perspective some people get.

We have an open government, but that doesn't mean I'll allow witch hunts and bullying, especially on something that isn't yet an issue.
