After somewhat of a confusing series of events things in Fleet One are starting to return to normal. Sam Bibb had tendered his resignation as Fcomm and CO of the Bonaventure. With his recommendation and the Presidents Edict I became Fcomm-1. As you know his resignation never became effective as the CO of the Bonny and good tidings for all he is still in that chair. However his resignation as Fcomm was effective. I had many good applicants for aFcomm and upon Sams return he also applied. I think right now the Fleet needs continuity and the best way to ensure that is to announce Sam Bibb as the aFcomm. This will ease my transition into the Fcomm role as Sam can be a source of information for me to tap when needed. I want to thank all those who applied and I can say you were all qualified.

I've had a trial by fire as Fcomm but I can say I believe I'm better for it. Please have patience with me as I learn the ropes. Congrats Sam and thanks all!
