: : : : : : : Dan looked over at Geran and tossed his 2 cents in. "I would go for the unexplored entrance. The entrance to the old turbolift shaft might be closely monitored or even have traps set in it. Plus the parts marked as unexplored might give us an indication of what is of value on this rock. We might stumble upon whatever the Orions are trying to hide."

: : : : : : Geran nodded and waited for the ideas of the other DHs. He looked around and spotted a Vulcan doctor.

: : : : : : "Doctor Raylar," he said, nodding to the Vulcan, "I need you to see if there are any diseases that the Orions have that might be deadly for any of us on this mission."

: : : : Terrik nodded to the XO, "Aye Sir. Orion physiology is not a specialty of mine however I have conducted further reading since this mission began. I have found nothing as yet however it is widely known that Orion females have the ability to use pheramones to issue a form of control over human males whilst having adverse effects on females. This is worth bearing in mind if met by a delagation."

: : : : "I would also add if I may that I have been trained as a doctor in the field and that the pheremones from Orions have no effect on Vulcans. Therefore I would like to volunteer myself for the away team. Sir."

: : : Dan looked at Terrik for a few seconds and then spoke up, "And keep in mind that it is the females are who are in authority. If you see an Orion female that appears to be slaved by a male that is an old trick of theirs to decieve other races as to who is really in charge."

: : Sharon took in all of this information about the Orions. She hadn't had much experience with the race herself, apart from Treena, who had seemed harmless enough to her. She made a mental note to herself to keep her wits about her on this mission.

: : "Sir, I agree with Dan about using the unexplored tunnels," she replied to the Commander. "As for splitting the team, I don't like the idea of reducing our numbers, but it will be easier to remain hidden if we're in smaller groups, so there may be some benefit to it."

: Geran nodded, that was the way he was leaning as well.

: "Very well then, this is how we'll do it, three teams. First one led by Lt Miller, approaching from here," he tapped at one point on the map, "Second team led by Lt Mason, approaching from here. Third one led by Lt Gallagher. 1 security, medical, science and engineering cadet with each team (ooc at the moment, they are just NEs ... with the NEs replaced/added to as new Cadets join the Apollo.) I will stay here, ... I'm in charge of this, so i should probably follow Starfleet regulations regarding such situations. If there are no further discussions, get to the transporter room and transport down. Go well, Lieutenants, Cadets, the success or otherwise of this depends on you."

Terrik listened to what was said, examining the map the Comander was indicating on.

"Aye, Sir." Terrik replied to the dismissal.

As they began heading towards the transporter room Terrik fell in step beside Lt. Miller. "I will accompany you if I may Lieutenant?"
