: : : : : Still standing next to the replicator, he pointed to it; "Can I get you or Kelli something to drink Commander? It seems a waste to not make use of the Replicator. Oh.. and please, please come in. Take a seat, how rude of me- I forgot. Its different being on a Starship again, the time I've spent on Starbase."

: : : : Caileigh smiled as Kelli giggled "A bottle of apple juice for the monkey and I'll have a cup of coffee, cream and sugar." She said as she sat down and put a blanket on the floor in front of the chair for Kelli to play on, pulling a couple of toys out of the bag she had with her Kelli was soon in her own happy little world laughing to herself and kicking her legs.

: : : Pete smiled at the infant before nodding to the Commander; "Of course, thats no problem ma'am," he said turning to the replicator and placing the order.

: : : : "How are you finding the Victorious, Lt?" She asked as she leaned back in the chair and sighed a bit. She was tired and it showed but she was happy.

: : : A few short moments later, he returned with the refreshments and answered the Commander whilst walking to his chair; "It seems to be a good ship if I'm honest Commander although I've no doubt you can tell me more about her than I can. If I'm honest though, it could be the worst ship in the fleet but I'd be quite content here.. After all, I've spent the past three years on Starbase, when my home is the stars."

: : Caileigh nodded taking the juice and coffee from Peter "She is a good ship. Her crew is dedicated. Her Captain a wonderful leader." She said as she handed the bottle to the baby who immediately grabbed it and started downing it. Caileigh sat back and sighed in contentment before taking a sip of the coffee " Why on a starbase for so long if you wanted to be out here?" She asked putting off the inevitable questions for as long as possible.

: "Prior to being assigned to Starbase 243, I was attached to the USS Ark Angel- the fleet flagship as a Shadow Counsellor. As it happened orders came through from Vice Admiral Janeway that the vessel was being sent to the Delta Quadrant.. In light of this and as I objected to those orders, I requested to be relieved of my position. So.. I ended up on Starbase. Three years, a punishment of sorts. To an extent its over but I fully expect that the comments in my service profile will prevent my exceeding the position and rank I hold standing before you Commander."

Caileigh nodded "Don't put limitations on yourself Counselor. Who knows, maybe things will move forward and you will get past your current rank." She said "I for one look forward to working with you." She said as Kelli laughed and rolled over onto her tummy and surprised herself by this action.

"What drew you to counseling?" She asked taking a sip of her coffee.
