Satreya has medium length strawberry blond hair with side swept bangs that mostly cover her leaf shaped forehead ridge. Her mixed heritage softens the ridge quite a bit. She is tall and rather thin, bordering on underweight due to her medical situation. Her eyes are the characteristic black eyes common of Betazoids.

2369- Admitted to Stanford University on Earth for pre-med Bachelor's degree (finished in 3.5 years).
2373- Finished Bachelor's degree and admitted into Starfleet Medical Academy.
2377- Graduated from the Starfleet Medical Academy with Honours, and promoted to the rank of Ensign.
- Completes residency in Sol System, working at different medical facilities.
2381- Promoted to Lt. (jg) and reassigned to a science vessel, the USS Sagan.
2385- Promoted to Lieutenant and assigned as Assistant CMO on Starbase 82.
2387- Assigned to the USS Rogue as Chief Medical Officer.
- USS Rogue decomissioned. Reassigned to Outpost 45 as CMO.
2388- Resigns her position and takes a leave of absence after an assault.
- Assigned to the USS Lexington as CMO.

Personal Background:

Raised in an orphanage on the Deneva Colony, Satreya was found at the age of 5 wandering the streets of the colony alone. All efforts were made to find the lost child's parents, but no one ever claimed her and so she was looked after by the kind couple running the facility, the Boja's. Unsure of her own surname, she assumed theirs with their permission, though she was never formally adopted, and the Boja's left the colony after a few years. After they left, the orphanage changed administrators several times.

Shortly after arriving at the orphanage, it was realized that something wasn't quite right with Satreya. She was closed off and never spoke, more or less becoming a mute for several years. Eventually it was determined that she had in fact developed her telepathic abilities at an extremely young age and was simply trying to cope with the chaotic thoughts and emotions of those around her. She spent a great deal of time with a Betazoid psychologist on the colony, learning to shield her mind and control her abilities. When she was 12, she hit puberty and began manifesting psychokinetic abilities, much to the surprise of those at the orphanage. Her abilities are rather surprising given her mixed heritage and the fact that neither species has a high degree of psychokinetic skill. Where some telepathic hybrids show a lessening of the psi gifts, Satreya seems to be on the opposite end of the spectrum for reasons still unknown.

Wanting to use all her abilities in a productive way, Satreya chose to study medicine having gained a deep appreciation for the work given all the time she spent with various doctors and counsellors.

Medical/ Psychological:

Satreya's psychokinetic abilities are well documented and she undergoes regular testing to note changes. For the most part, they are limited to simple manipulation of small objects, ie. Switches, consoles, PaDDs etc. However, when focused, she can lift up to 1/3 of her own weight.

She had a very high metabolism due to the energy required to use her psychokinetic gifts and while she consumes a great deal of food, she perpetually is on the underweight side, though not to an unhealthy degree. She is rarely ill with anything.

Psychologically Satreya is a dedicated doctor, giving her patients 100% of her attention. Outside of medical situations, Boja can appear indifferent and care-free. While she respects authority, she has a dislike of formality. Satreya also does not seem to form close relationships of any kind, though she is very friendly and easy to get to know, but this is only on the surface.

In her medical file from 2382, there is a subfile containing the reports surrounding a domestic incident between her and her partner at the time. Having spoken to a friend about her partner's increasingly possessive behaviour, her friend reported the incident to the COS, whom took action considering the man involved was one of his junior officers. Arriving at Boja's quarters, they were able to prevent the man from injuring her further, though he was found unconscious. Satreya was badly beaten but had used her telekinetic abilities to defend herself. The man was later convicted of assault and battery and discharged from Starfleet after serving a prison sentence.

Satreya has recently recovered from a sexual assault that took place on Outpost 45 by a civilian computer tech. She was drugged using scopolamine and has no memory of the events at all. The man disappeared and was never apprehended.
