: : : Goldman walked in to the room, a tricorder on one hip and a phaser on the other, just for the sake of preparation. This was his first true away team since he'd been in captivity; he'd had too much to do helping with the ship-side hospital transfer at the Beris system to ever go planet-side. He hoped that the complications were going to be easy to solve, but he doubted it.

: : Will came in a moment later, phaser on his belt, he tapped his commbadge "Jameson to Darvaana, report to Transporter room 1 for away team duties"

: The transport chief stood ready at the controls. Lt. Beamyouup smiled at the Commander. "Sir, which coordinates will you be beaming to?"

The COS' call was a welcome diversion for the endless monotony that was patrolling a medical ship. Of course Kal had decided to keep as far away form the medical areas as possible, which she realized was silly and impractical. Luckily, Jameson's orders meant she was able to avoid the situation for a while longer.

Darvaana arrive in the transporter room armed and ready to go. She nodded to Goldman and the COS and approached. "Reporting as ordered, Sir!" she said sharply in her by-the-books tone that was her comfort zone.
