Bio:

A brash youth with no real direction, Ed was always kind to those around him and aspired to be a police officer. However he soon became aware of the benefits that StarFleet offered and on a spur of the moment decision decided to join. He went through the Academy as an above average student not excelling at much and soon graduated with a better understanding of the world around him. He was then Assigned to the USS Dresden where he carefully worked his way up the ranks eventually becoming COS yet retaining the youthful optimism and sophistication that he was always known for. Now the XO of the Dresden he continues his positive relationship with the crew and formerly had a relationship with then CSO Nina Edwards.

Somewhat headstrong, is respectful of others opinions and takes it upon himself to make sure others ideas and contributions are honored and examined for there value however is usually confident that his own plan will succeed even when a fundamental flaw is discovered in it. He will however put the same amount of effort into any plan he is executing. He is positive and lighthearted meeting every situation he comes across with a joke. He know what is right and wrong and will always follow his heart despite what others around him might think.
