: : : : : : : Black tumbled over a nearby table with a laugh and ended up in the lap of a young Ensign. She looked at him with a chuckle and helped him to his feet. Black appologised to the young NE and then looked back at Corinne with a grin.

: : : : : : Cori eyed him, rather amused. "Apparently not," she replied. "How about you try leading? It might be easier to move if you're the one deciding where we're going," she suggested. She had never really taught anyone to dance before, so this was certainly new… and fun. Corinne Dalton always liked fun in her life.

: : : : : "Im not sure there Corinne.. I dont think I have the experience to lead.. I have a tradition though where I come from.. 'show me yours and ill show you mine'... applies in alot of places.. I should show you something I enjoy to replay the favour of trying to teach me to dance... " he said with a chuckle.

: : : : She smiled amusedly and sighed at the same time. "I swear you men make things more complicated than they need to be." She held out her arms in the same dance hold. "Alright, I'll lead. We'll take it slow and simply try the box step until you feel comfortable with it. But keep your frame strong, but not too rigid. You want to be able to feel where I'm suggesting we go but not be locked up that it hurts after awhile."

: : : Alex stepped in just in time to hear the comment about men making things more complicated. Chuckling quietly, he headed for the bar and ordered a simple drink. Turning around, he watched Corinne dancing, more like training, with a young man in what he guessed would be a waltz or something similar.

: : Cori looked over her shoulder and saw Alex. She gave him a wink of her eye and turned back to Jonas. "Ready?"

: Black, the old CMO, followed Coris gaze to where she focused on another officer. This must have either been a friend or the gent in her life but he turned his attention back to the woman as she asked him a question. He shook his head slightly as he hadnt been listening to what she had actually said.

Dalton held her arms out in the dance position. "Come on Doc, let's dance. I'll lead and you can try not to trip over your own feet," she said teasingly. It was strange to be doing this type of dancing in point shoes but then again, Cori couldn't feel any pain or be uncomfortable in them. No blisters or bleeding toe ail for her…
