: : You may recall that there are two people involved in Marina's attempted murder, Juan Marquez and Saraida Mervosa, both from her department, but Saraida is civilian. Juan is technically too, but he faked a Star-fleet record in order to get on the ship. What I'm looking for is that they would at least have pre-trial meetings with their defence lawyer. I'm totally open to how it goes and will play both people. I'll also provide all the details of the case to jog memories and fill in those who weren't around. Whether it actually goes to trial depends on what they plea. while it looks like a pretty obvious case, it might not be. ;) Even if it is, I thought it would be fun to play it out, since you know, we're a JAG ship after all.
