She also felt that he didn't trust her to be able to do her job, but then she was having that feeling from alot of places right at that moment.

: : : : : : : : : : : : Jack looked at Ellie as she turned the way from him. He could tell that she was still on the long road to recovery, and obviously not feeling her best. He'd rather have her talk to him as a family friend rather than just her commanding officer.

: : : : : : : : : Jack entered the CE's office shortly after Ellie, carrying the memorial specs that he'd requested from the Captain. "Paul, I have some information about our next mission, and I thought I'd share them with you and Ellie." Jack said, handing the specs over to Paul.

: : : : : : : : Ellie sat listening as Jack spoke with Paul. She shifted in her chair as a bolt of pain shot through her spine and to her brain, it took her breath away but she said nothing.

: : : : : : Ellie just nodded as the pain passed and she relaxed again. She waited to see what Jack had to share with them.

: : : : : Jack moved over to one of the displays and downloaded the memorial specs into the database. "Part of our new mission is to test out this new starship design, the Memorial." Jack said as he zoomed out to display the outside of the ship. It's a bit smaller than the Maverick design with only 21 decks, but it makes up for its size with its power. It comes equipped with a computer core hybridized with bioneural circuitry and isolinear chips. However, there is a new interface called Entity, which is an AI tied into ships systems. It seems to be the most advanced computer system starfleet has developed yet." Jack paused, waiting for any questions that the two engineers had for him. He had the entire specs at his disposal and he wanted both of them to be familiar with the new ship.

: : : Paul glanced over the specs, drawing a copy of them from the wall behind him to the consoles on his desk, Mirroring what jack was Showing on the Monitors behind him. "Warp Core?" he Ask enquiring about it.

: : Jack zoomed in to the requested section. "The warp core is the standard matter/antimatter reactor. However, compared to the Dresden's core, this thing is much faster."

Ellie shook her head and left the two men to discuss the specs. She'd look them over later. She wheeled out of main engineering and just wandered. She was really questioning whether she deserved to be on the Dresden in any capacity.
