: : : : Landon entered Twelve Forward to find it decorated in bright reds and greens. Ah. The American holiday of Christmas. Such a happy time. He went to the bar and ordered an eggnog. Turning towards the doors, he waited to see who would be the first to arrive.

: : : : Attention: All crew. Please come to Twelve Forward at 1800 for a Christmas party. There will be food, drinks, and fun. If you are not on duty, you must come. Emphasis on MUST.

: : : Rose entered Twelve Forward with her Children at her side. The little toddles went to go look at the decorations, in awe.

: : : "Celios, Ariel, don't touch!" She warned them befor seeing the captain. "Greeting Captain."

: : Dawson came a few minutes after the part had started. He was in standard fare for civilian clothes, save for a godawful, gaudy Christmas sweater complete with reindeer and the giant face of St. Nick splashed across the back. The bulky scientist made his way to the punch bowl.

: Ugggh! He was serious about it too, that much Kor knew. She cringed reading the message and sighed. Tohala had heard of Christmas in passing, but it was simply a tidbit of knowledge stashed in her keen mind, not anything she had any familiarity with.

: A damn party. She would have to dress up a bit too she knew, since uniforms would be frowned upon. For a moment she amused herself with the idea of wearing her old black ops gear-not that she would, but it was a funny image nonetheless. A short while later was dressed. She left a note for Nick and headed to the party.

: Tohala arrived wearing a long sleeved plain black dress to her knees. It cut straight across her shoulders and was snug against her tall and lean frame. With opaque black tights and tall heeled boots, she figured it was as close to being festive as she was going to get. Besides, with her long dark hair down, the Napean knew she looked different than people usually saw her and it was always worth a kick to see the reactions. Since she was trying to keep her pregnancy a secret from the majority of the ship for the time being, she figured there was no reason to act like she had something to hide. The subtle changes in her body weren't noticeable to anyone but her. Maybe Nick, but who knew.

: The acting security chief sauntered in and immediately moved as far away from the CNS as possible. The last thing she wanted to interact with that woman and her progeny. That she had to be in the same room as the children as really insult to injury, but since it was mandatory to be here, she'd just deal with it. She brushed her hair out of her face, her leaf shaped forehead ridge very clear, and beelined for the bar, keeping her distance from the CO and CNS. "Saurian brandy, syntheholic please," she asked the bartender, hoping Nick would show up soon.
