Tall, slender and elegant, Kitty Conner appears to be nothing more than your average socialite. But her profession actually shocks most when it really shouldn't. She is the owner of Fire and Ice entertainment lounge on OED V. While none of her dancers actually get to bare nude (she likes the shows to stay somewhat tasteful), the thought of such a club enrages some colony residents. Her performers dance, sings, act, play instruments or do comedy acts to entertain. Some of the performers are men as Friday is Ladies Night only at the establishment.

Kitty treats her performers, bartenders and servers well and will immediately defend them if anyone gets overly touchy. She respects the workers choices and does not treat them like second class citizens. She is open and fair to everyone she meets and although not bubbly, she does have an agreeable personality. She does not keep in touch with her families back on earth or betazed as neither side approve of her business.
