: : : : : : : : : : : Adande made it to his quarters. He was tired from running Sickbay. He need a short bout of sleep to keep him sane and at least tolerable. He could be a tad irritable without having a good sleep. He laid himself down to sleep.

: : : : : : : : : : Megan had just gotten off shift. She wasn't sure how long it would be before she might be needed, especially if all hell broke lose, but for now she was off and she needed a break. She stopped at her quarters to get the bottle of Irish Whiskey that her brother had given her before he left the Bonnie and headed to Percy's room. She wanted to drink, not get wasted-just have few drinks, but she didn't want to do so alone.

: : : : : : : : : Adande's quiet slumnber ended with the sound of the chime. He was unhappy about the intrusion to a point. It was probably someone looking for him to come to sickbay. "What you do ya want."came his reply to the chime.

: : : : : : : : For an instant Megan felt this might not have been such a good idea, but then she just grinned to herself, "Well now me lad, I was goin to see if ye wanted to share a wee drop of me father's secret receipe, but if yer not up for it, I am sure that there's MACO or three that would be willing."

: : : : : : : That voice and accent was unmistakable. It was his Irish girl Megan. He was still tired. But he had wanted to continue to spend time with her. First thing he had to do was get out of bed. He was in in nothing but shorts when he answered the door. "Get in here; you'll get in trouble young lady."

: : : : : : "Aye lad, I think that's the general idea," she said as she wrapped her arms around his neck being caredful not to drop her bottle. Then she kissed him lightly on the lips. As she broke the kiss, she said, "I hope you don't mind my stopping in like this."

: : : : : "Never,"he said. She felt good hanging off him. Percy was still tired from all of the patients he had seen. "How was your day, lioness?"

: : : : She smirked at him, "Eventful with everything going on. I am just glad to be back in our universe. I have no love loss for the damn Nazis and just pray we never run into those blackguards again.

: : : : Not that they scared me, but they did piss me off. But you look tired me love. Perhaps just a wee drink or two and then bed for both of us? And by bed I mean sleep not making out."

: : : She was right about that. He wouldn't be doing any of that; at least this time. He was far too tired for it. And his lioness had earned, no, deserved him at his best. And he was not at his best today. "Sounds good. A drink would help me sleep better I think."

: : She stepped over to a table and put the bottle down. Then she got out two tumblers and poured each of them somewhere between a quarter and half-full, then she handed one to Percy. "Here ye go lad, to your health!"

: He took the glass. "To our mutual health, my dear." He would gladly share a drink with his lass. This would be somthing he would make time for. "Cheers."he declared.

"Cheers," she replied in turn as thier glasses clinked together. Then she took a sip savoring it on her tongue before she swallowed. "There ye go me luv, just what the doctor ordered."
