: : : : : : : : "I can't tell you about most of them as the missions are classified but I got my Christopher Pike Medal of Valour for saving the USS Sun Tzu during the Dominion War. The Cardassians had boarded the ship and killed the senior officers. The crew had been locked up and were being taken to Cardassian prime. I led a commando unit of 10 marines and Starfleet officers to board the ship." he had a sip of his drink then continued "I lost two men in the fight but we took out most of the enemy out. I took the bridge single handedly taking out three Cardassians and releasing the crew. As ranking officer I commanded the ship while we got it back to Earth for repairs." he looked at the commander and asked "You must have seen some action in your day too?"

: : : : : : : Jubals nose twitched and his ears flexed a bit, he took a deep breath and shook his head, "No Ma'am not my first posting, and the Samurai seems okay so far, I have already managed to step in a few things that I should not have." Jubals eyes moved around the room like he was still looking for danger even here. "This is my first posting as an NCO to a line company aboard a starship, I did spent most of my time in the Corp dealing with adminstrative details."

: : : : : : : : : : : Quon grabbed some of the food and headed over to one of the corners of the room. It wasn't that she was being anti-social, but something seemed to be off about her. At least for those who knew her, which she wasn't sure if that was anyone aboard. Beyond some small talk, she hadn't really interacted with anyone aboard. Then, there was the way that one of the new additions to the Marines had acted upon seeing her. SSgt Early had looked like he wanted to attack her until he had noticed the two full pips on her collar. Then is was a false front of being proper towards an officer.

: : : : : : : : : : : Sighing, Quon looked around the room, noticing that everyone who had arrived was already breaking up in to the smaller groups of associates and friends. So far, no one had headed in her direction. Setting the plate with the untouched food aside, she stood up and headed for the door.

: : : : : : : Jubal spotted the chief engineers entrance, and despite his intial agressive behaviour, he was not a bad person, just did not expect to find a Romulan, let alone a former Borg on board. He felt he should probably apologize to the engineer, he had done a good job of making the ship's crew look down on him as it was. With a raised hand, he spoke quietly to K'stal "Please excuse me for a moment."

: : : : : : : Jubal did not really wait for a reply, as he slid down the wall and began walking towards Quon. He was uncertain of her reaction, he might not want to talk to him had he been treated that way. But he had to attempt to mend fences.

: : : : : : : : : The man with no memory had been discharged from Sick Bay looking no worse for ware though he did still have a presistent headache lingering at the base of his skull. He was still dressed in his black uniform and as he walked into the lounge he saw no one with anything even close to his attire.

: : : : : : : : : He walked up to the counter noticing several people staring at him, but he paid them no heed at the moment. He couldn't remember whether he drank on a regular basis but since he couldn't even remember his own name he wasn't too concerned about that at the moment. "I'll take whatever you have that's strong and has rum in it. " he said to the man behind the bar.

: : : : Quon was about to answer Mallory's question when SSgt Early came up. Snapping her jaw shut, she waited to hear what he had to say.

: Mallory saw the instant change in demeanor but said nothing. She'd wait until these two had finished their conversation before continuing with Quon.

: : : Faye sat at a table not too far from where the Marin CO and XO were talking, looking rather unimpressed. Ordered to enjoy themselves? What kind of crap was that? She wasn't hungry, she couldn't drink and either people ignored her presence or she didn't want to talk to them right now. Besides, their conversation made her roll her eyes. She saw Quon get up and make to leave but got intercepted. Faye thought leaving was a really good idea right now. She came as ordered but unless the captain ordered her to stay, this was pointless. Besides, she was still feeling groggy from her nap and she was due to go on night shift in a few hours. Faye was trying hard not to feel irritated but so far wasn't succeeding. The slim woman got up and quietly made her way along the outside of the mingling crowd, aiming for the doors. She was in a bit of a foul mood, so it was in people's best interest to leave her alone.

: Mallory spotted Faye out of the corner of her eye and saw the thunder cloud hanging over her. She wouldn't stop the Science officer from leaving, but had hoped that she would interact with the crew a bit more. Sighing, Mallory turned her attention back to Quon and Early.

: : The nameless man having been given a rum and coke was going back to a table to nurse the drink and observe the people when he almost bumpted into a rather attractive looking woman in a teal uniform.

: Mallory saw the unknown man and wondered about him as well. She remembered him beaming aboard on the Bridge and being taken to sickbay.

Duncan walked over to the Captain and said "Mind if I get some heavier drinks out for the party Skipper?" With a twinkle in his eyes.
