With Jacob's retirement, we need a new EDir.

Requirements:

-knowledge of the bylaws and policies governing the Engineering Department
-a desire and ability to manage the development process for new ship spec and technology
-experience with Engineering related matters (definitely preferred but not mandatory)
-good communication skills (important for running the board and working with spec/tech developers)
-ability to work with a variety of different people

This is a cabinet position and requires time and energy to execute, so please keep that in mind when applying.
