I wanted to design a ship that would be able to hopefully be able to counter the greater threats the Elder represented. I almost have the design done in fact for submission to the R&R departments and shipyards for consideration" he said pausing, "..to remember those that were lost, I called the design and first ship the Memorial." he added.
