: : : : : Adam read the logs as fast as he could load them, he was not a tactical officer by trade but he had just come off rotation at the ATC and knew a few things, like this was a good moment to swear if he was likely to do so. He began running intercept plots, and calculating available resources for defense, even as he refined the sensor pictures of what they were seeing coming their way.

: : : : Joe came in looking bleary eyed . He had obviously been sound asleep. 'Why can't anything happen at a decent hour?' he wondered. His stride however was long and determined and with something that looked foreign on Joe , a phaser attached to his waist with a hand resting on the handle. "What's going on? " he asked sharply.

: Carmen stepped into Sit-Com and glanced over the readouts. "Damn," she muttered. "Ten minutes isn't long to do much more than wait and see if they are here for lunch." She moved over to Andreev. "And to make matters more interesting, apparently the Awaj are afraid of the Seetha and the Seetha will be unhappy to find them on the Starbase. Just another cheery day on 202!" she said in a rather sarcastic but sing-song voice.

: "If they're here for a fight, I'm not sure we can do much more than call for reinforcements and wait it out. We've got the USS Foam, but the Yub-Nub isn't much good on it own. Even with the runabouts, we're hooped unless we can convince some of the civilian ships in dock to help." She turned to the CSO. "Adam, pull up the current list of ships docked at the station that have weapons of any kind." They needed to know their options if things got ugly. Sure it was an assumption but they only had 10 minutes to prepare for the worst and right now she wasn't in the mood to give the Seetha the benefit of the doubt given recent events in the sector.

"Get rid of as many ships as you can , move all the civilians into a safe area and let us take the outside corridors of the station for a welcome party if it's needed. Ambushes could be set up in a lot of places. We know the station and they don't."
