: : : Joe had struggled over reports until his eyes felt as though they would fall out onto his desk. He sat back rubbed them and yawned. It was past time for him to leave but he had stayed to wrap things up. It had been a busy month for the security department.
: : : Finally Joe had finished the reports and gone walking about . Not a patrol walk mind you although part of him was always keeping an eye on things. But a walk to relax and unwind. He finally saw a little shop and decided to go in. It was a juice bar. Joe wondered what the point of calling it a bar was when they didn't serve whiskey but who was he to judge? He walked over to the shiny synthetic wood bar which tried its best to look like mahogany and failed miserably . Looking at the menu he smiled as the barman came and told him Cranapple straight up."

: : Walking through the Commercial area, Carmen did a double take as she walked by the juice bar and saw Joe there. Blinking and smiling a little, she walked in quietly and slipped up into the barstool beside Joe's. "Guava and pineapple please, " she said simply in her accented voice, before turning to gaze at Joe with a slight smile. "What's your poison?"

: Looking down at his drink with a suspicious look Joe answered. "Cranapple . Not bad really . What the heck is a Guava ?"

"A guava, or goiaba as we call it in Brasil my dear, is a tropical fruit that grows on a shrub. It's very refreshing and chockfull of good things for you. I drank a lot of it when I was ill because I had to keep my nutrient levels up. As a bonus, it's smells and tastes wonderful. It's sweet and very juicy. But you have to get them when they are properly ripe or the flavour isn't as good."

The server came back with her juice and set it in front of her. "Obrigado," she said in her native tongue, thanking the man. "And a guava juice for this man here. He needs to expand his horizons," she said, her gunmetal blue eyes full of mirth.
