: : : : Em walked in and looked around to get an idea of what the situation was "What's happening?" She asked.

: : : Adam just nodded towards the main view screen as he brough up the long range sensors. displaying the incoming ships and theortical vectors of approach if they did not alter course.

: : Carmen stepped into Sit-Com and glanced over the readouts. "Damn," she muttered. "Ten minutes isn't long to do much more than wait and see if they are here for lunch." She moved over to Andreev. "And to make matters more interesting, apparently the Awaj are afraid of the Seetha and the Seetha will be unhappy to find them on the Starbase. Just another cheery day on 202!" she said in a rather sarcastic but sing-song voice.
: :
: : "If they're here for a fight, I'm not sure we can do much more than call for reinforcements and wait it out. We've got the USS Foam, but the Yub-Nub isn't much good on it own. Even with the runabouts, we're hooped unless we can convince some of the civilian ships in dock to help." She turned to the CSO. "Adam, pull up the current list of ships docked at the station that have weapons of any kind." They needed to know their options if things got ugly. Sure it was an assumption but they only had 10 minutes to prepare for the worst and right now she wasn't in the mood to give the Seetha the benefit of the doubt given recent events in the sector.

: "Carmen if I may?" Joe said as if he were close to exploding. "Get rid of as many ships as you can , move all the civilians into a safe area and let us take the outside corridors of the station for a welcome party if it's needed. Ambushes could be set up in a lot of places. We know the station and they don't."

Carmen gestured to Joe, since his idea was equally valid. "We should have the civilians return to their quarters or key safe spots no matter what we do. It's up to you Captain what we do with those in dock." She hated the idea of sending away their only possible help but what choice did they have really? How many of them would want to stick around anyway? Joe was right. They did have defences, but if those 25 ships were here for a fight, they likely didn't stand a chance.
