: : Lei nodded "It takes a great deal of preparations." He said leading the way out of the house, not seeing the cloaked person near the door watching the group walk out. Once they were on the walkway, the cloaked figure brushed up against Eos and within moments, the Star Fleet Captain, was on the ground experiencing convulsions.

: "Captain!" Ayla exclaimed as Eos fell. She knelt down and knew she couldn't do anything till the convulsions stopped, but she did roll him onto his side so he wouldn't choke on his tongue. She tapped her combadge. =/\=Sharise to Black. Doctor, the Captain is down. I need you back at the Governor's Mansion asap! =/\=

: : Lei saw the man fleeing and yelled at two of his guards to take the man down as he knelt next to Eos "Mei...Get the Doctor here now." He said in Chinese as he motioned for two other guards to carry the fallen man back into the mansion. Unbeknownst to the team at the Governor's mansion, another member of the team had also been attacked but that attacker managed to escape. This one was not as fortunate.

: : The two guards that had been chasing the cloaked figure returned a short time later with their prey in custody. They had not removed the cloak until they returned.

: Ayla looked up and opened her empathic mind to the man, trying to get a sense of him while they waited for help.

The cloaked figure's mind betrayed nothing. They had protected him from any empath or telepathic invasions when they trained him for this mission. He stood like a statue beneath the cloak and gazed from beneath the hood at the officers around him. He fixed on one specific Lieutenant, those eyes looked very familiar it had been many years but that face hadn't changed all that much.
