: : After that he brief diversion, he went straight to the Counselor's Office and pushed the chime, waiting to be seen. It had been over a year since he last had been evaluated. They were usually standard procedure, though the last one was just after he lost his vision. He wondered a bit if that would actually come up or not. Probably not. He didn't have much to say about that anyway.

: The door opened and he looked into the very same blazingly blue Denobulan eyes again. Ardana smiled. She also didn't wear her uniform, but a long blue dress that hugged her curvy body just right.

Dvorak was somewhat surprised by this. He was still dressed in the uniform he was wearing earlier. The standard one. He hadn't been a Captain long enough to want to start wearing one of those vests or jackets for fat old men. Still... he wasn't expecting this...

: "There you are. I've reserved the Captain's mess for us, since it wouldn't be right to do this in front of the crew. If you think you're up to being shocked about the amonts of food that Denobulans can take in during one meal, I think it would be more relaxing for the both of us, to do this over dinner. Are you game?" she asked simply.

*"Do this in front of the crew?"* he thought. *What did I just let myself get scammed into? Though, I'm not sure if I mind completely...*

"Uhh... sure," he said. "Though I didn't know you were allowed to reserve ~my~ mess; I thought there were rules against that kind of thing." He stood aside to let her pass through her office door and would lead the way down the corridor to his private dining room.
