: : : : Kis'ka noticed an incoming message on her computer screen. Just as she had been taught, she opened it. The Chancellor's face appeared on the screen. He looked older then normal, as if he gained a few more wrinkles since they last spoke. His eyes looked tired and held a touch of sadness. Immediately her heart contracted. Something was wrong.

: : : : "What's happened Vel'on?" He opened his mouth and then looked over his shoulder. The sound of an explosion was heard. His yellow eyes stared back at her. She stood up from her chair. "What was that? It sounded like an explosion!" Panic ripped through her.

: : : : "Kis'ka....We are under attack The Genze..." He shook his head. "They have decided to wage war against us."

: : : : The young Ambassador's face turned into a pale lavender shade. Why was he telling her this? Where were he parents? They should be the ones speaking to him. Then suddenly it hit her. She leaned against the desk for support. "Vel'on...where are my parents?"

: : : : He visually struggled, emotional pain evident on his face. "They were too weak...from the illness...Kis'ka, I'm sorry but they are..."

: : : : "Dead." She finished in a harsh whisper. It felt as if the world was caving around her. Vel'on nodded wordlessly in confirmation.

: : : : "I need to return to Indara immediately." Tears stung her eyes. She couldn't believe they were gone! But there was too much other stuff going on for her to focus.

: : : : "NO! Absolutely not! You are now the ruler of Indara and you are safest where you are. It is too dangerous for you to be here. I must be going. I have many things to attend to. I will stand in your place until it is safe for you to return. Take care, Kis'ka." The screen returned to the Federation emblem.

: : : : Kis'ka slammed her hand down on the desk, the pain a sharp reminder that she was alive. With tears in her eyes she ran from her quarters and headed for the Station Commander's office. She needed to convince him to do something to assist her people. He had to! With tears streaming down her face, she arrived at the office and let herself in unceremoniously. "I need your help." She blurted. The young girl wiped her tear stained cheeks with a sleeve. "My planet is under attack. You must do something!"

: : : The Captain was infact laying down on a couch that he had just had recently installed in his office. He had a straw hat on his head, but he lifted it up to take a look at the young girl. He sat up slowly "under attack by who?..."

: : She gaped at him a moment, before remembering that he wasn't familiar with her sector of space. "The Genze! A neighboring planet who has attacked us many many times throughout the Indara history. You must put a stop to it! My parents have been killed, Chancellor Vel'on is currently in charge, but I'm the rightful heir. I must go back to my planet with a fleet and force the Genze away once and for all!" She choked on her words. If she wasn't so upset she would realize that she was making demands there were likely impossible to be met. Her mind was only focused on one thing: on returning home and saving her people.

: Andreev tapped the seat next to him as he sat up "come.. sit down Kis'ka.. " he had a concerned look on his face as he encouraged her to come and sit down. As they where not Federation members, then Andreev couldnt actually do anything to help. He could however take their request and forward it up on the chain of command. It would be against the Prime Directive to actually do something, but the Federation had a way of getting around these things.
