: : : : : : : : : : The cloaked figure's mind betrayed nothing. They had protected him from any empath or telepathic invasions when they trained him for this mission. He stood like a statue beneath the cloak and gazed from beneath the hood at the officers around him. He fixed on one specific Lieutenant, those eyes looked very familiar it had been many years but that face hadn't changed all that much.

She nodded to the other two NE's that were with her to take the Captain back into the mansion. Gov'n Lei led the way to one of the guest bedrooms. Lawerence stepped in front of the cloaked figure and stared into his face for a moment and muttered "You're dead. It can't be you." She pushed back the hood of the cloak to see if it was truly who she thought it was.

: : : : : : : : : In the mansion, the Governor's personal physician arrived and began treating Eos. Governor Lei returned to the now unhooded man "What is the meaning of attacking my guests?" He demanded "Bring him into my office immediately." Lei turned on his heel and stalked into his office.

: : : : : : : Lei looked at the man "Identify yourself." He demanded "Why did you attack the Captain of the Saracen?" He demanded finally lapsing into Chinese and reading the man the riot act.

: : : : : : : Karin stepped forward, she knew that John had been declared dead during the Entente's last mission. But what was he doing here now...this couldn't be him. She looked at Governor Lei "Sir, I believe I may know his identity. But I need to ask him a question to confirm it." She said standing directly in front of the silent man.

: : : : : : NE Lt Lawerence would notice that the Mystery man had intentionally insulted her in a way to indicate he had not known her and would not cooperate in a useful manner.

: : : : : Karin looked at the mystery man, the only thing on her face that betrayed her was her eyes. She knew who this man was but figured that he was deep undercover. She turned to the Governor "I was mistaken." She said "He's not who I thought he was." Karin stood next to the other NE's and looked at the Counselor for further orders.

: : : : : Lei glared at the man "Put him in a cell. Get him out of my sight until he's ready to talk." He looked up at his personal physician walked in "Governor, Captain Dyne appears to have been infected with Clostridium botulinum." He looked at the mystery man "I have begun treating him, he is currently unconscious but should make a recovery." He said "I would suggest taking him back to his ship and in the care of his medical staff. He is stable for now."

: : : Lei looked at the man "It is a secure room." He said "I will clear out those that don't need to be here." He said motioning for his guards and the physician and his wife to leave. LEaving only the Star Fleet Officers, himself and the mystery man standing in the room. Once the doors shut, he sat down "What is the meaning of this?"

Karin looked at Striker but said nothing, she was shocked. She couldn't wait to tell Mirri that John was actually alive. She looked at her Uncle "You're going to have a lot of explaining to do to Mirri when she finds out."

Governor Lei looked at the PaDD and then back at Striker and sat down "So you know about everything that is going on. Where is this latinum and who would want to ruin us so that they could get it." He asked "We have done nothing but be prosperous for our landlords." He said "Surely they would not want to see us ruined."
