: "Well, Chaud promoted me to Lieutenant, which he didn't have to in oder for me to be acting COS. So I would imagine they wouldn't be taking that away even if they find someone else to lead the department." Kor shrugged. "Honestly, it doesn't bother me either way. I intentionally stayed an Ensign for years because it made it easier for me to go unnoticed. My job required me to be able to disappear into the crowd and make people forget me when I needed them to. When Captain Cross promoted me to junior grade Lieutenant on the Outpost, I was truly stunned, which isn't easy to achieve with me," she said with a laugh. "I chose to be a part of the main fleet and I don't regret it. How long I'll be here for remains to be seen," she said cryptically.
