With Clint's departure, I'm in need of an active XO for the Endeavour, our slow posting Academy ship.

I'm looking for an enthusiastic person who:

-wants to help train the next generation of STFers
-is willing to help with mentoring both OOC and IC
-is willing to help with the OOC admin work (which includes AWOLs and evaluating cadets for graduation)
-has had experience in the Academy (at some point)
-has at least 3 months experience as an XO in the Main Fleets
