He over heard the exchange between Kolar and Thorne. He saw Kolar saying something to Thorne and could guess what it was. He and Shirazi were both affected. Given their positions on the ship it could not be ignored. Mistakes could be made and mistakes in space could be deadly.

With the CE basically AWOL in his quarters, half mad from grief over everything, it was Lars show now. The com sounded like the Bajoran 2nd Officer. Lars did not like Bajorans. They were a weak people always being subjagated but somehow always trying to rewrite the history books like they were so important. Where was the CO? Had the ship gone mad.

: : : : : : : : : IC: Machinist Cordam had added Lars to his chorus on the first day and found the human (making some assumptions here) to be easy to move to frustration due to his possessiveness over the ship and it's functions making him easy to manipulate. Cordam pushed the frustration level higher than would be normal for this situation and also increased his feelings of fatigue. *You are tired of the bridge thinking you are not caring for the ship! She is fine, just fine. There is nothing to find. There is nothing to find.* Cordam's control of Lars was so successful that the man actually began being afraid for the ship's well being. His tiredness made him more agitated and frustrated.

: : : : : : Lars felt as tired as a man could. Being a good Dane he could work all day and night and do it again the next day with a thirty minute nap but this was different. This was his ship. He knew it inside and out. Did that Bajoran think he would let it run into the ground? Well he knew the problem would not be on the engineering side. Everything is fine here he thought.

: : : : The ship is cruising at standard warp 5.2 headed for an outpost on the rim that they should reach in three more days. The readings from the computer and on the LCARS panels are showing that the ship is on course and operating within standard methods.

: : : Lars was concerned. The power readings were indicating a power drop, very quick, but substantial and then very minute drops that were consistent and timed. It was as if something was cycling power off. Something that was constant but so small as not to be noticed.

The diagnostic did not pin point the cause and I cant seem to find it either. I recommend we stop and figure this out=^=

: Botinist Lors was assisting Machinist Cordam to manipulate the Taul interface that was now running the ship. Regardless of whatever the Olympic crew implemented using the standard Olympic control stations, the ship would only appear to comply on their LCARS screens. In reality it would continue on the heading set by Cordam. The Taul home planet was less than 24 hours away.

: Bemla entered the bridge and instantly began sending strong feelings of well being and sleepiness to the crew members there. The persons at tactical and the science station both actually lay their heads down to take a nap. Balfor was truly suffering with the headache and it was not getting better.

OOC: I had ordered force fields at all cross sections. I would assume that would include the bridge. Plus a turbolift opening with no one would be problematic. Now if the aliens could phase through the floors and such that would make all of this moot.
