The woman was dressed plainly, in a simple beige colored tunic and pants, her brown hair was disheveled and tousled, and her eyes flashed with passion and emotion. She came rushing towards where the High Councilor and the others sat.

: : : : : : : : : : : "Easy miss," Nick said as he stood up. He regretted not actually bringing a phaser with him. But if he needed to help was just a comm badge and a transporter beam away. Then a dozen security officers would be beamed directly to his location to deal with this interloper.

"I want to know what has happened to Lillian. I know she was working under your orders and she hasn't been seen or heard from for two days now!"

: : : : : The High Counsilor gently placed his hand on Pyria's arm. "That need not concern you. Come, let's go to my office." He turned towards the others. "I will deal with this matter of her sister myself. Please, allow Synka to assist you in your mission."

: : : : Kathryn knelt next to the security officers and ran the tricorder over them and administered medications to stabilize them "They will be okay Cap'n. It was a light stun."

: : : As the guards got back on their feet, Synka approached them. "You may go." She said. Both of the men gave her a deep nod and turned and left the room.

: As Synka led them out of the council chambers, she abruptly stopped as the doors closed behind them and turned to Nick and Kathryn.

: "I will answer your questions," she said. "I believe you may be our only hope at this point. Our path has become unclear and I am uncertain of our future."

Kathryn stopped and looked at Synka "Well, that's a wee bit different than the information ye just gave us in there." She said "So what be troublin' ye."
