: : <snip>
: : : "No, that should about do it, at least for now, I'll be in contact should I encounter any further questions," Rhynia replied casually, "Thanks for your time Commander."
: : :
: : : ~Asani Rhynia~
: :
: : Pirin nodded and cut the connection.
: :
: : A short while later a burst transmission came through to Rhynia, with a standard encryption and requiring the Commander's Intel security access code.
: :
: : Once the code were entered and decryption as processed, the transmission revealed itself in a folder with several items.
: :
: : The first sub-folder contained a summary of the official investigation so far by S.I. It consisted of interviews with several people who had worked with Kor, including her former handler, Dorian Isoz. The interviews covered everything from her training days right through to her time on Outpost 45. Some of it was classified, but only 3 incidents were covered in great detail: A mission on Ricktor Prime in 2375 (weeks before the well known battle took place there); her assignment to track down Eidolon, his subsequent escape from custody and the events on Outpost 45 that saw Tohala poisoned and Eidolon killed; Kor's detainment and escape on Op 45 and the events that saw Pirin's partner, Commander Garrett Weston murdered, and Tohala killing Dorian. Essentially, anything Tohala had ever known, both good and questionable, was in those interviews. However there wasn't many of them and that was probably where I.A. was getting involved.
: :
: : The second sub-folder contained information on Kor's work in Intelligence, including all of her known identities. Since Tohala was highly trained in (and excelled at) identity assumption, there seemed to be some question as to whether she still played a part in some questionable events even though it appears on the surface that she had an alibi.
: :
: : The third folder contained all the evidence gathered against Tohala to date. It was notable that much of it was supplied by the person who she claimed was the traitor, not her: Commander Dorian Isoz.
: :
: : -several communications from 2375 from Kor to unidentified locations in areas of space that were held by Dominion forces. Currently, people were working to narrow down to who the transmissions were sent to. The communications themselves were in some sort of code that had not been deciphered, not because it was complex, but more because they were seeming riddles that clearly had some of alternative meaning.
: :
: : -In the last incident on Op45, there seemed to be confusion over the events that saw Weston and Dorian killed. Specifically, there was no evidence to confirm Tohala's claim that it was Dorian who killed Weston. Though the Outpost's records show Tohala was in the brig at the time Weston was killed, there was some evidence to suggest that Tohala had someone helping her cover her tracks.
: :
: : The final file was simply a message to Internal Affairs stating that they might have cause to charge Tohala Kor with the following crimes:
: :
: : - Treason (for assisting an enemy during wartime)
: : - Misconduct on operations (specifically failing to use utmost exertions to carry out lawful orders in the presence of the enemy)
: : - Voluntary manslaughter- regarding Dorian Isoz
: : - Conspiracy (to commit murder)- regarding Garrett Weston
: :
: : The note continued to state that S.I. was turning over the case actively to Internal Affairs as per SOP.
: :
: : At this point, things didn't look too good for Kor.
: :
: : OOC: I could probably write tons, but just ask for more details on any incident or anything else you're curious about. There is a fair amount there and I'll tell you if what you're looking for is included.
: :
: : ~~Lt. Cmdr Pirin, S.I.
:
: One thing struck Rhynia, she would need to dig into Dorian Isoz's past. The more she could learn about him, the better she could help Tohala, if it was true she was being set up.
:
: She looked to see if there was any coroner report for the deaths of Weston and Isoz, she could often tell a lot about a murderer by the way they killed their victim.
:
: ~Asani Rhynia~

Both reports were available as well as the incident reports from Outpost 45.

Weston's indicated that he was given a paralytic first and then shot with a phaser set to kill.

Isoz's however only showed death by a fatal phaser shot at a fairly close range. It was notable that Kor was not alone when she had killed Dorian. Pirin had been unconscious but Nick had been there with her.

Kor, aCOS
