: : : : : : : : : Ellie made her way to the Bridge to report to the Captain first before she headed to main engineering. She left a message for Paul letting him know where she was. Ellie wheeled onto the Bridge and over to Micheal's ready room and rang the chime. She adjusted how she was sitting in her chair to alleviate a sore spot on her hip. She was curious why he had chosen her to be the aCE of the Dresden while Paul was on the Memorial.

: : : : : : : : Michael was just strolling up to his ready room as Ellie approached. Michael nodded to her as he opened the doors. "Its good to see you about, lieutenant," he said to her as the doors closed behind them.

: : : : : : Michael grabbed an iced tea and sat down as he heard her question. He looked up at her while he sat down. "Of course I'm sure, lieutenant. I have every confidence in your abilities as an engineer." It almost appeared as if he hadn't really paid attention to her current state, or as if he overlooked it.

: : : : Michael paused a moment, hesitating on what to say. He then continued. "Just be prepared for anything. We're entering unknown territory and we don't know what we'll encounter. Being that its a diplomatic mission and they're also sending us and the Memorial, I have a hunch we may find some opposition at some point." He didn't give the picture of what we saw in his dreams, as that was something he had to burden for himself right now.

: : "Our destination is into uncharted territory from what I'm told, but our coordinates don't exactly tell us that nobody has charted it before. My assumption is that intelligence didn't want anyone getting into the affairs of whomever we're about to speak with." he replied to answer her question about where they were going.

: : He then went on to answer her second question. "As for upgrades, I haven't exactly gotten a chance to look if we had any." He took a sip of his tea as he sat down and pulled up the report from the engineers who worked on the Dresden while they were away. "Perhaps the engineers who worked on the Dresden can tell us?"

: Specs showed that the Dresden had received a few minor system upgrades in regards to weapons and shielding but otherwise nothing major.

Micheal looked back at Ellie. "It appears that we a few minor upgrades to the weapons and shielding systems, but nothing too major to note," he stated, hoping it helped.
