: : : : : The situation had deteriorated far faster than Levi had anticipated. Fortunately Romanov had been taken out of his hands. He had no idea who was responsible for the mutant rats, but it was unlikely it had been the Klingons or Star Fleet. At the moment, the Klingons appeared not to be in a receptive mood for conversation. Right now, he had to deal with the tribble attack and shooting them with a phaser given their size, he was more likely to stun the XO than the tribble. Levi spotted a colonist with a broom that had been probably bought for a weapon to use on the Klingons or maybe even the Star Fleet officers.

: : : : : "I need to borrow this mate," Levi grabbed the broom not waiting for the colonist to respond and ran to the aid of his XO. He swung the broom with a quick upward motion at the tribble, not really concerned if the XO received a broken nose or black eye in the process.

: : : : Lei and the Counselor walked into the square just as Levi swung at the XO. The furry little tribbles were purring loudly and very agitated and attacking anyone close to them. The Klingons were yelling and amidst all of it, Lei heard the word "Fire". He looked around for his security officers and found none to be around. He was becoming less and less happy "What is going on?" He bellowed and stepped forward.

: : : "Get this demon spawn off of me!" Norlag was yellling as the tribble was attacking him. He charged G'Morgh headfrist in a blind rage, attempting to tackle the opposing Klingon. Between the tribble and the aggressive Klingons, Molor was clearly out of his depth with the action going on here. He needed help. And badly.

: : G'Morgh growled as he was tackled and he began fighting Molor. The tribble had let go of Molor's hand and had gone back to the grain sacks. The other klingons turned on Levi and charged at him growling and screaming in anger "You have brought this shame upon us. Leave this land now!"

: As they approached, Ayla was hit hard by the anger and tension. She took in a few calming breaths and tried to take in the scene and assess what was going on. "Commander Molor, what's going on?" she asked curiously, radiating calmness.

Molor would notice that his hand was starting to burn where the tribble had bitten him. Several of the younger tribbles that had now reproduced where heading for the fighting klingons and Keller. The merchant was pressed against the wall shielding his young son from the scene before him.

Govenor Lei stood in shock "ENOUGH!" He bellowed as he grabbed one of the colonist "Go get the security officers now." He said "Tell them the Governor has ordered them to the square." He moved into the fray and grabbed one of the klingons by the arm and with what seemed like little effort, using martial arts, he flipped the Klingon to his back and began attempting to break up the fracas himself.

Moments later, his security forces arrived and began breaking everyone up, but not before the Governor had been slightly injured. Lei looked at everyone in the square...."Someone had better start talking and quickly." He said "I have a deadline that I have to meet or we lose everything."
