: : : : This then was perhaps a chance for her to exploit. She and Nova had done a lot to distract and disorient the hijackers while on board, but now that they had left there was a chance the rest of the team could be detected and attacked outright. But perhaps there was a way to continue their diversion even though the two of them were off the ship, giving the enemy more problems to deal with. While hacking into the ship's sensor network in order to place the faux engine overload signal, she had gotten a good look at the whole sensor grid of the ship in question, including the command protocols and configuration settings which underpinned it's operation. If she could set up a remote link to the sensors and hack them once again from the shuttle, then perhaps she could create sensor ghosts of herself and Nova exiting the turbolift on deck ten and going into hiding. The renegade crew would continue to chase those readings, believing the duo to still be on board, which would continue to distract them from the XO and his party while they completed their mission.

: : : : Carefully configuring the carrier signal from the shuttle to appear as nothing more than simple background radiation, she began to carefully probe the other ship's computer system, seeing if she could indeed establish a link and begin the hack...

: : : Casira was successful in establishing the link to the test ship, however, if someone looked, they would be able to find traces of her connection to the system.

: : Her neural processor weighed up the probabilities quickly, calculating all the variables involved, and with a slight sigh she decided that it was not worth the risk. Her and Nova's actions had distracted the crew considerably, and they would likely still be largely disoriented by the confusion. Hopefully that would be sufficient to keep them off the other team's back. Yes she could do more, but if doing so risked revealing the whole mission's means of escape, that was too big a price to pay. They could not allow the shuttle to be detected until the very last moment.
: :
: : So now there was nothing to do but wait for the others to return. Placing the engines and shields on standby - not so high a power level as to be detectable but warm enough to activate at a moment's notice - she rose from her seat once again and turned her attention back towards the prone form of Nova. Like the shuttle's defenses she would have to be primed and ready to evacuate the team as soon as they returned, but until then any small assistance she could give the wounded CIO would surely be an aid. Taking a medical kit from one of the overhead lockers, she began to scan his body more deeply, identifying specific injuries he had sustained and looking for anything she could fix...

: It would appear that Solaran had some mild cellular disruption, and was bleeding internally from his injuries.

(OOC: Ugh, I hate life :P Sorry for the slight delay...)

She was by no means a doctor, but she had been through the basic medical course at the Academy and her encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy and medicine did help her a little over the average crewmember. Pulling out a subdermal regenerator, she opened the jacket covering Solaran's chest and began to run the device across his undershirt, carefully targeting the areas of most serious injury in an effort to reduce the bleeding.
