: : : : : : : Gwen looked at the message from Star Fleet Medical Academy. She was coming up on completing her one year internship and was getting ready to begin her residency, that is if she passed the exam that she needed to do on clinical practice and general knowledge. She had been doing fairly well on all of her work on the Ogawa, so she felt fairly confident. Because she was aboard an active ship, she had been given some latitude in how she completed things, but the test was the test. It was a 9 hour marathon that would be monitored via comm link by one of the professors at Star Fleet Medical.

: : : : : : : She looked over the information that she was going to have to go through and nodded. She opened her textbooks and started reviewing to make sure that she was up to date on all of her knowledge and information. This was going to be a bit more difficult than originally planned, but thus far she had a 4.0 GPA in her coursework and intership thus far and she insisted, personally to maintain that level of performance.

: : : : : : Gwen transferred some of the material to a data padd and began walking around sickbay, muttering to herself as she reviewed for the upcoming tests. She had been told by so many people that she wouldn't make it this far and yet here she was. She was going to prove all of them wrong. Her mind drifted back to the meeting she'd had on Andor, she wondered if she would ever be contacted about that again. She wanted to feel like she was doing more than just being a doctor.

: : : : : Gwen noticed as she walked around the Sickbay that the medics had not done what she had asked them to. She pulled Gavin over "Get this cleaned up. I already told you once to get this done." She said "Don't make me ask you again." She said.

: : : : Gavin looked at Gwen with an expression that showed he knew he was in trouble. "I.... I've been......" He paused for a second. "I'll do it now". He finally conceded.

: : : Gwen looked at Gave "You've been what?" She asked grabbing the comic book from his back pocket "Sitting here and reading 'The Avengers?'" She asked "I know things are slow, but you've got to get your priorities straight." She said "I did the majority of the stocking and cleaning yesterday, I asked you to finish it overnight...two hours. Now get it done."

: : Someone quietly slipped into Sickbay and surveyed the scene. Clearing her throat, the tall Kobliad stepped closer and seemed to be holding some sort of metal case. "Anyone able to spare a minute?" she asked lightly.
: :
: : Kal Darvaana, Security
: "Lt. Darvaana, how may I help you?" Franklin said almost cheerfully.
:
: "I've heard there is a Kobliad ambassador onboard. Do you know what's that about?" The doctor asked.
:
: -Ensign Fitzpatrick, doctor

Gwen looked over and then looked at Gavin "Just get things done." She said "I got the supplies set out." She said and then walked over to Franklin "Do you need me to help with anything?" She asked setting the PaDD aside that she had been studying.
