Captain M'Ressa

Well, we have concluded the second sim since I have taken over Command of the Montgomery. It really was a good sim that unfortunately stalled at the ending. It was a combination of boarding crew and miscommunication. Jody decided to take a break and retire from GMing for now and Geoff Joosten has graciously agreed to try and fill Jody's shoes. The new sim should start soon.
I have welcomed Amber Hagan as my new XO, she has been an excellent XO so far.

I have taken over Command of the USS Montgomery as of this date. The Montgomery is a steady, reliable ship of the Fleet. Charged with the protection of the borders of the Federation. I hope to keep that tradition going. Coming from the Science arm of Command I was rather surprised being offered the Captaincy of medium destroyer but speaking philosophically I can't disagree due to the nature of my species. Perhaps it makes sense enough.

It appears that we have located Shaliah on the Ureas Free Trade Center. The Heleen ship Kentaar Sheelal is still well out so we must proceed with the rescue before they arrive. I will be leading an away team made up of Dr. El'Johnson, Lt. Cipriani and Ensign Latimer. While off the ship I am leave the ship in the capable hands of Cmdr Taylor.
