History: Shawn was born on the Martian Colony Utopia Planitia to David and Martha Travis. Shawn’s father was an engineer and worked on many of the starfleet vessels and was called in whenever a new ship was being constructed. When he got home from the construction a few months later, he’d bring a PADD with some basic specs of the ship he was working on to show Shawn. Because of all the work that David shared with him, Shawn decided that he wanted to be an engineer and his desire grew as he learned about some of the past engineers such as Scotty and Geordi. Shawn has 1 brother named Jack who is about 3 years younger than Shawn. Medical History: Except for a few small illnesses from his childhood days, Shawn is just as healthy as anyone can be, though that can always change as an engineer.
