Background:

Williams spent his childhood on Earth living with his parents who ran a small bar and restaurant in England. Williams joined the Marine Corps, despite his family’s disapproval – He wanted to do his part and fight on the frontlines during the Dominion War, and was somewhat disappointed to be assigned to the Expeditionary Unit upon graduation. Despite his initial disappointment, he soon learned that the Infantry and Artillery Unit’s were not the only ones to see action. He quickly settled and made the Endeavor his home.

Medical:

Williams has recently recovered from a training accident in which he suffered a severe fall and spinal injury. A holodeck malfunction was blamed for the severity of the injury.
