The Entente has arrived in Salerian space. Starfleet Intelligence is concerned about the situation in the Salerian Confederacy. The Confederacy helps guard the border of Federation space, and a destabilization would be a logical threat to the security of the Federation. Intelligence agents have been reported as missing.

Captain's Log, Stardate 08030.2

The Entente has managed to neutralize experimental and malfunctioning holographic testing field system. In the process, our Chief Engineering, Lieutenant Mor'tah, was killed.

An investigation into the events surrounding the malfunction is continuing. An away team, assisted by the system designer, Dr. Winters, continues to evaluate the cause and extent of the damage. There are also indications that a cloaked ship may have been in the vicinity at the time.

After both neutralizing the immediate threat caused by the dangrous and out-of-control simulation created by the broken holographic testing grounds, and rescuing the away team, the Entente discovered that the control tower was powering back up.
