The tech submission plan (the version I have) is going through revision behind the scenes at the moment so that it can eventually be reposted. Anyone who has had previous experience with it and would like to point out something to myself, please feel free to do so.

It'll first be seen on the ED ship and then eventually be moved into EDs website along side the SSSF, NNP and Milwaukee Plan.
