MYSQL Message after posting

Description

I get this mysql error. I am not sure exactly what it means but I thought I would post a ticket about it.

"user warning: Column 'topic' cannot be null query: INSERT INTO webbtopic_topic (nid,vid,topic) VALUES (68768,68768,NULL) in /usr/www/users/stfleet/webb/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172."
